At Mister Obtuse, we take pride in providing high-quality custom-printed products that are crafted with care and attention to detail. Each item is printed to order, ensuring that it's unique to you. This means, we don’t hold any inventory and we work with suppliers to produce products on demand.
As our customers place orders, we forward them to our supplier partners to produce, keeping costs low and quality high. As a result, production and shipping times can vary. We make every effort to speed your order without compromising quality. Most orders are shipped within 2-4 business days.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
Because each item is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for products that have been custom printed. However, we do offer a QUALITY GUARANTEE. You can expect to receive the item that you ordered from us without any defects. If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, we’ll offer you a replacement and you keep the original!
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to replace the item for you at no additional cost. To initiate a replacement request, please send an email to MisterObtuse@MrOMugs.com with clear photos of the damage or defect, your full name as well as your order number and any relevant details.
